This Privacy Policy does not apply to websites, apps, destinations, or other offerings that we do not own or control, even if they are linked to from the Services. For example, when you download our app, create an account, interact with the Services, or otherwise contact us with a question, comment, or request . From your devices: We and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information from your computer or mobile device once you have downloaded the app or use the Services, such as your Internet Protocol address, your geographic location, battery level, your browser type, your operating system, app and file names and types, model of your device, time zone setting, unique device identifiers, language, the pages you view immediately before and after you access the Services, and the search terms you enter on the Services, network type. This information allows us to recognize you and personalize your experience if you return to the Services, and to improve the Services. We and our service providers may collect this information using “cookies,” which are small text files that the Services save on your computer using your web browser and access when you return or through similar technologies. We may collect such information over time and across different websites or services. From third parties: We may obtain information about you or your use of the Services from third parties and sources, such as other users of the Services and vendors, like web hosting providers, analytics providers, attribution providers, or advertisers. To the extent we allow for third party social media integrations in the Services, the information we may obtain from third party services depends on your account/privacy settings with those third parties and the third parties’ privacy policies. Data Retention We retain your personal information for as long as we reasonably need it for legitimate business purposes, including to manage any account you might have with us. After our relationship or other interaction with you has ended, we may retain information for a period of time for communiations with you and for internal recordkeeping. We may also retain records to investigate or defend against potential legal claims, and also as required by law. Please note as described in the next section, that deleting our app or your account does not necessarily result in the deletion of your personal information. If you have deleted our app and closed your account and would like us to delete your personal information. Please also see the “Additional Information for California Residents” section below if you are a California resident and want information on exercising your deletion rights. Your Choices Managing your Information You can review, modify, and delete certain personal information you submit to us, such as your account profile information. In general, you can browse, modify, and delete account profile information at any time, but you may not be able to modify certain of the initial registration information and verification information provided at the time of registration. You can also close your account. We verify account closure requests using information that we maintain about you. Please note that the closing of your account may be irreversible. Also, please note that your deletion of our app from your mobile device will not necessarily delete your account and closing your account will not automatically result in the deletion of your information. Managing cookies If you do not want the Services to collect information through the use of cookies, you can set your web browser to reject cookies from the Services. We do not currently respond to web browser “do not track” signals or other mechanisms that provide a method to opt out of the collection of information across the networks of websites and online services in which we participate. Information collected through the Services will be processed in and subject to the laws of the United States. Our servers are located in the United States. However, we may transfer your information or it may be accessible outside the United States to our affiliated entities and service providers located in other countries. Data Security We take reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access to, or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information. However, because no data transmission is completely secure, and no system of physical or electronic security is impenetrable, we cannot guarantee the security of your information or the security of servers, networks or databases. Therefore, we encourage you to use caution when sharing personal information with the Services. Children The Services are intended for a general audience. Children under the age of 13 may not create an account on the Services unless they provide verifiable parental consent from their parent or guardian. If a child under 13 seeks to create an account, we will collect contact information for their parent or guardian in order to provide direct notice and obtain verifiable consent. Children under 13 years of age who provide us with verifiable parental consent may create an account on the Services. The above sections of this privacy policy describe the information that we collect from registered users, how we use that information, and how we may disclose that information. Parents who have provided consent to their child’s use of the Services may review and/or request deletion of their child’s personal information. Parents are also free to refuse to permit further collection of their child’s personal information. Please note that, due to age restrictions imposed by PayPal, users who are under the age of majority in their state may be unable to use PayPal and therefore will be unable to collect certain cash rewards earned through the use of the Services without the assistance of their adult parent or guardian. If you become aware that your child under 13 or any child under 13 who is under your care has provided us with information without your consent, please contact us at the contact information listed below. Changes to this Privacy Policy If we update this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting a new Privacy Policy on this page.
